Rishikesh is the yoga capital of the world — but most weekend 'retreats' here are tourism, not practice.

We send you only to verified ashrams with a real lineage — Parmarth Niketan, Sivananda — where the yoga is authentic and the Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat still moves you to silence. A perfect first retreat. See all retreats →
