Frequently asked questions.

Booking & Payments

Message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry form with your trip, dates and group. We confirm availability, share an itemised quote, and once you're happy, a deposit secures your booking. You'll have the founder's number throughout.
Typically 25–30% of the trip cost to confirm your booking, with the balance due 30 days before departure. For helicopter yatras and peak-season slots, earlier full payment may be needed to hold scarce inventory — we'll always tell you clearly upfront.
UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and major cards. For NRI bookings we can invoice in multiple currencies and provide tax-compliant receipts. We never ask for cash payments to individuals at halts.
Every itinerary publishes itemised inclusions and exclusions in plain language. The number we quote is what you pay — we don't change it at the airport or at a halt. Optional add-ons (like Sahayata or palki) are listed separately and clearly.

Travel & Yatra

Yes — the helicopter yatra especially avoids long mountain drives. We strongly recommend our Sahayata senior-care service for elderly pilgrims, and advise a doctor's clearance above 70. Oxygen is carried on board helicopter sectors.
For the Char Dham, May–June and September–October are ideal. For Kerala Ayurveda, October–March. For snow treks like Kedarkantha, December–April. We help you choose dates around weather and crowds.
We arrange the full ground experience and can coordinate your connection to the staging point (e.g. Dehradun). For long-haul flights we advise rather than ticket, so you keep control of your air miles and flexibility.

Sahayata & Seniors

Sahayata is our senior-assistance service, available as an add-on to any trip. It includes a trained companion, a calibrated medical kit, accessibility logistics (palki, ground-floor rooms), twice-daily family WhatsApp updates, and evacuation cover. It's built for seniors and for the adult children who worry about them.
Three tiers: Basic (₹2,500/day), Plus (₹5,000/day) and Premium (₹8,000/day), added on top of the trip cost. The right tier depends on the pilgrim's health and the terrain. See the Sahayata page for details.

Wellness & Treks

Three requirements before any centre is listed: a teacher with documented lineage; a personal stay and inspection by our team; and a signed agreement. We list quality, not catalogue — and our free Find-Your-Guru consultation helps match you to the right programme.
Yes — treks like Kedarkantha and Triund are beginner-friendly. We operate with certified leaders through vetted partners, provide all camping equipment, carry first-aid and oxygen, and send you a fitness plan and gear checklist after booking.
