We use your information solely to respond to enquiries, plan and operate your trips, arrange senior care where requested, keep your family updated during travel, and meet legal and tax obligations.
For trips involving Sahayata, we share necessary health and logistics details with the trained companion and medical partners assigned to your journey — only as needed to keep the traveller safe.
We never sell your personal data. We never share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing you didn't ask for — Sankalp Club members receive only the communications they opt into.
We share information only with the vendors directly delivering your trip (hotels, helicopter operators, wellness centres, trek partners) and with payment and communication providers, strictly as needed.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the same care we treat your trust.
You may ask us what data we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your data where we are not legally required to keep it. Email concierge@satviktrails.in and we will respond within 30 days.
