India's most loved winter trek — a beginner-friendly snow climb to a 12,500 ft summit, through pine forests and frozen meadows, with a sunrise that you remember for years.
If you are doing your first Himalayan trek, Kedarkantha is where you should start.
It is forgiving enough for a beginner who trains a little, beautiful enough to convert you to trekking for life, and sacred enough to remind you that the Himalayas were always more than adventure. The summit carries a small Kartik Swami shrine; the trail passes through Juda-ka-Talab, a frozen lake wrapped in legend.
We do not run the camps ourselves — we curate the experience through India's most credible trek operators, handle your pre-trek fitness and gear consultation, and stay accountable throughout. See all our treks →
