Planning the Char Dham from Mumbai? Here is the honest, complete picture — what it costs, how long it takes, and how to do it well.
The Char Dham — Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath — sits high in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand. For pilgrims from Mumbai, the yatra has two legs: getting to the staging point in Dehradun or Haridwar, and then the sacred circuit itself. We handle both, end to end, so you make one booking and carry one accountable contact — the founder's own number.
There are two ways to do it. The road yatra (10–12 days) is the traditional, budget-friendly pilgrimage covering all four dhams by road. The helicopter yatra (5–6 days) is far gentler — ideal for seniors and for those short on time. Both are available from Mumbai.
We are a Dehradun-based company that has personally visited every helicopter operator, hotel and vendor on our itineraries. We publish our prices with itemised inclusions, and we never change the number at the airport. See the full helicopter itinerary →
We arrange your Mumbai–Dehradun flight to Dehradun. You reach the staging point rested, not exhausted.
From Dehradun, your yatra begins — by road or by helicopter, depending on the package you choose.
Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath, Badrinath — with priority darshan arranged at each, and Sahayata support if you have travelled with seniors.
Return to Mumbai from Dehradun. Photo album and trip summary shared within 7 days.

If you are travelling with senior parents, are short on leave from work, or want to avoid 1,600 km of mountain driving, the helicopter yatra is worth the higher cost. If you have time and want the traditional pilgrimage at an accessible price, the road yatra is deeply rewarding. Tell us your priorities on WhatsApp and we will recommend honestly — even if it is the cheaper option.
Many of our Mumbai bookings are adult children sending their parents on the yatra they have always wanted. Our Sahayata service adds a trained companion, medical kit, oxygen at altitude, ground-floor rooms, and twice-daily WhatsApp updates to your family — wherever in the world you are.
